I ordered this to replace an old model of the same product, that was damaged in a recent move. I'm disappointed. The older model had an on/off switch. and a frame speed slider. I used to use it at a very low frequency, which put a strain on my muscles. This model has 3 speeds, with the lowest speed being too high for "low". You press the power button to quickly increase the speed to two. You can't turn it off without changing the massage speed, which is annoying because it gets loud and fast. You might think that when "improvements" are made to a product, it needs to be beta tested to see if it really is an improvement, especially if you have to change speeds to turn it off. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! If I had known about these changes, I would not have ordered these. The older model has served for many years, so it is probably a quality product.
