This is the filter you need for your N55 engine. My filter was marked "Made in Mexico" (*see update below*) but who cares if it meets BMW standards? Both o-rings were supplied, as well as a copper washer for the oil pan drain plug which you will need to replace at every oil change. complete oil and filter changes for less than $50. Good price and fast delivery. Update December 2019 Ordered 2 more packs and box and filter says "Made in Germany" (previous order was in Mexico). I think it just depends on the provider at any given time. Definitely a quality product.
