So I recently bought a 2003 Audi A4 and it's a great little car but the check engine light is on more than I'd like. So the dealer charges me over $120 each time for deleting it. I'm not the mechanically inclined person, so I went to YouTube and found Randomfix. It shows you how to use these obd2 readers or scan tools. In the video, he used this reader and praised it for fitting. I highly recommend this Check Engine reader. BTW, if I had followed Randomfix's "TIP" advice on using a scanner before buying an Audi, I could have saved a lot of time by avoiding that damn AUDI.
