I have never bought a BenQ product so I came with no expectations. The product was well packaged and assembly was a breeze; no tools were required for this. There are many preset picture settings to choose from depending on the type of game you're playing, but you can also create three custom picture profiles to save. Image quality is excellent and the 1ms response time is fast and doesn't leave me feeling input lag. The only drawback are the built-in speakers. I have to crank it up to get decent sound, and even then the accuracy isn't great. But since I use headphones and didn't buy the monitor for the sound, it didn't detract from the overall impression. I would buy it again when it comes time to run multiple monitors. I can recommend this monitor without hesitation.
