I wasn't sure what to expect at this price point. I needed a small shelf for my office/workshop. So I didn't want to invest a lot of money in something. It was very easy to put together, took about 20 minutes alone, maybe 10 minutes if I had a second person. The instructions are also very easy to read. To my surprise, the shelf is quite heavy and stable. It holds all my needlework books, sketchbooks, etc. The only thing that frustrates me a bit is that I like to measure my books and compare them to the height of the shelf. I could remove one of the shelves to allow my large books to stand upright, but that's my fault. So can't complain but just appealing to those looking to buy this! Overall I am very happy with this purchase!
