The hot end fan on my 3D printer has failed and I wanted to upgrade it (my printer uses the same fan for both the hot end and part cooling, so more airflow is always better) and i took one of them. Actually there is not much to say. It fit in the same place (although it's a lot thicker than a "regular" 40mm fan so it may not work with some printers), worked when I plugged it in, and while it's a bit noisy it moves Much more. Air. The only real complaint was that I wish the wires were longer. It would have been nice to just plug it straight into the control board, but instead I had to solder and heat shrink them along with the hot end. the one on the ender 3, or accidentally bought this 24v fan for my 12v printer, in which case it will still work but not move much air at all and cause printing issues. Check your tensions!
