Great product for people still stuck with dialing!
Unfortunately I bought this because my sister is still stuck dialing her location. The modem works well and has many nice features that other modems don't have. We liked that it lets you know when a call comes in when you're online on your computer screen, and gives you the option of disconnecting from the internet to answer the call and then going back to where you were online without the having to reconnect. and start over.
