I like that we can keep track of everything in one place (my business card database). There is nothing wrong with it by any means but there are other options out their too! Go for what's best at first because you never know if something will be better later down the line so go all-in right off bat or else risk losing your investment/time to switching things over when they could have been an easy fix from start to finish instead. We were using different platforms which lead us not being able to share information between them easily since each platform functioned independently of others - this made coordination difficult especially as our employees moved across functions often times within weeks leading up to deadlines. The software is very easy to use and has many options for customization.The support team is always willing to help with issues or questions that arise. I have used this product for several years now and it has never failed me. I highly recommend using it as it really does make managing my business easier. This software was needed when I started in my current position. It solved problems of not knowing who all were attending an event and what they did while there.
