I love how this hair mask makes my hair lush and nourished without looking greasy. A very small amount is enough for all my long hair. I have been using this product religiously for about a year and will not go back to a regular conditioner. I used to wash my hair every day, but now only twice a week! My hair looks and feels healthier. My routine with this product: I shampoo, then apply a quarter size from tips to roots (I avoid saturating the roots so it doesn't look too greasy). Then I put my hair in a bun for 5-15 minutes to let it soak in. Then rinse and you're done, healthy hair! It doesn't feel as creamy when you apply it like a regular conditioner, but trust me, it works.
