Review on 🔴 Enhance Safety with Rutland Products 701-6 Magnetic Burn Indicator, Red by Sheila Osorio

Died on arrival but after some back and forth the company finally honored their 18 month warranty and sent a replacement. The spring was separated (broken off) from the dial, so it didn't work. Unfortunately the new one didn't work accurately until I lubricated the center post when it got stuck and now it runs about 20% of my other, more accurate thermometer. everything works fine too. I was finally able to reattach the dial to the spring so it reads the temperature, which seems/looks correct. However, I can't be entirely sure how hard I had to push the spring back into the tiny slot (using a magnifying glass, strong light, and tiny tools). I bought another thermometer (from another company) so I'll know soon if it's accurate or not. Message to take away, good product with good customer service.
