Benefits – easy returns. 2-Super cheaply made 3-The headset is an absolute joke. Hands down it's the worst headset I've ever seen. All the straps and stuff are so cheaply made that they deform on my ears. I have normal ears by the way. I tried an overhead headset mount and they really managed to mess that up too. It didn't fit around my head, it was too small. I don't have a big head either. Since even landline calls sounded worse on this thing than on my cell phone, it also turned out to be useless. Each line caught the other, as well as my neighbors' lines. Considering that DECT was created for apartment buildings with hundreds of occupants, I was surprised to say the least. So here's a phone with a headset that uses DECT to cancel out noise from other electronics. The call quality is terrible, the headset is an insult to whoever they sell it to and they actually found a way to make DECT fail. I try to be honest in my reviews but if this item passed quality control it is likely in stock for a short sale. Yes, it was that bad. I don't just want a refund, I want 3 wasted hours of my life back. Absolute junk.
