Terribly terrible product I've ever seen. Looks good and the price is reasonable, but there is a flaw. On the first one I tried the on/off button never works, you have to press it to start grinding food but the button doesn't move. I thought this particular product was defective so I exchanged it for a new one of the same model. The second on/off button only worked once; I spent an hour making sure I tried and finally gave up and came back. (I rarely return anything when it works and this is my first return with Revain)
