I've had this product for a little over 60 days. For the past 2-3 weeks I've had a thermal error where my monitor screen would go black for 2-4 seconds and then turn back on. This happens at least once an hour. At least once a day I have to unplug the power adapter and wait 15 seconds and then plug it back in for it to work. I have connected my computer to other monitors without this adapter in the middle and it works without any problems. I have connected other computers to the monitor and it works - no problem. In other words, it's not a monitor or computer. The problem is with the adapter - it's broken and not working properly. Barely lasted 5 weeks.
