The first pair works fine (received it 21st December 2019) and sounded good for a long time. I was happy with how long they worked properly. One of them failed and I was still using one for work so one day I thought I should order another pair when this one gave up which I did and today was the day it gave up. So it's ok I had a spare but here we are trying to use this new set and it's unexpected. It works and I think I can't trade them anymore, I will contact CS and see what they say. But like I said, they are good, but I think that out of 1000 they make, one must be defective. Hope for a replacement.
