Works with MikroTik CRS305 5-port desktop switch
I ordered the ipolex Gigabit SFP Copper RJ45 1000Base-T model and it works with my MikroTik. I had to make some changes to the OS to allow it to communicate with the device. If you're having trouble seeing only activity, you may need to disable auto-negotiation on the port and set the speed to 1GB for it to work. I had to do that. After that it started to work without any problems. So far everything works as described and shows full speed.
