This keeps my eczema from itching during the day. I use these gloves in combination with La Roche Posay Eczema Cream and it works wonders. I mainly work on a computer and being able to do pretty much anything with it is a huge plus. I don't wear them to sleep because my hands sweat a lot. It's not a super breathable glove, but it definitely locks in moisture! As other reviewers have pointed out, I do find that the gel peels off at times and the wrists are a lot looser than the original purchase. It would probably be great in winter to keep your hands warm and hydrated. In the summer they sweat a little. You're pretty fat. The only thing I would recommend is to turn them inside out to dry when not wearing. I'm not exactly sure how you're going to clean them - I think it's best to hand wash them in the sink and air dry.
