Headlights didn't work at all

This item is garbage. Tried everything, even swapped plugs. I even connected a light bar directly to the battery and only a couple of bulbs lit up. Nothing worked. As I cut the wires trying to fix it I can't return it but I think it's my fault. I'll take the $19 loss as a lesson.
