I really think this product will mentally remind you to always have good posture. As they say, damn it works! This thing changes everything in the world for me. I work in software development, so I live on my computer. I bought it when I was in pain and started wearing it for 1/2 day. Helped immediately. I wore it daily for about 2 months then I started to forget but it seemed like he had mentally taught me to be fine without it. Now I only wear it a few days a week and that's enough to keep me from falling into bad habits again.
