Does exactly what it's supposed to! I was skeptical that it could handle 1100ยฐF consistently. Well I ran it over 1000F for over a minute and the power cords I used looked perfect! Feels warm but doesn't swear or melt. Should hold up well in the engine bay. Get it and buy it, it's perfect! A++
