Although the unit itself seems a bit cheaply made, I have used it and it works well. I feel the product is worth the price, because it comes with mitts for your feet and your hands, some paraffin wax, plastic gloves, and even a temperature gauge. However, it does not come with enough paraffin wax to go up to your wrist. If you order this unit, it would be wise to order extra wax at the same time. I wear a size 9 1/2 to 10 shoe and I would be able to fit my feet in if I wanted to. I purchased this to wax my hands as I had an injury to one of my hands and I have arthritis in my hands as well. If you put the unit on the highest setting, it melts the wax pretty quickly. Just make sure you test the temperature of the wax with the temperature gauge before you put your hand in it. I found I had to turn off the unit and let it sit for a little while, so it was cool enough for me to put my hands in.
