The best thing about Infotech is that they have an excellent support team who are very understanding and helpful when you do need help or feedback. Sometimes it can take 3 days for responses but this hasn't been a problem with them so far. I haven't had any bad experiences yet with infotech leads. When creating my account i didn't realise there were certain things i needed to fill in which could be useful info if people wanted them filled in straight away. But once you've created the account everything else takes care of itself and its quick and easy to use. We're using their service to create targeted leads, and then nurture those contacts until they become customers.
