After using this product for 1 month my rating has changed. At first I thought everything was going well and it wasn't doing any harm to my hair. I had a lot less hair fall and overall really nice smelling hair. But since going from head and shoulders to having a dry scalp, I've noticed that either the shampoo or conditioner (or both!) makes my hair itchy more than ever and I have more dry scalp patches in my hair. My mother who has been using this product for 2 months also felt an increase in itching. I had to switch back to head and shoulders which stopped the excessive scratching. Therefore, please use this product with caution, especially if you already have dry scalp. In some ways it helps, but in some ways it can make things worse.
