Great product but a bit tricky to use after initial setup. As you will read in the reviews, many people will say that it sprays in and out for 3 seconds after turning it on. It's true because the same thing happened to me lol. However, I found a solution to my problem after reading the comments section. This mode of spraying for 3 seconds and then turning off is called intermittent mode and it is VERY DIFFICULT to get the product out of this mode. The trick is that when you first connect the USB cable to the car, you will hear a beep. Quickly press the power button three times and the product should work as described. The only problem I have is that I got a small hairline crack out of nowhere, but the product still works well. I use it with essential oils and water to keep my car and room smelling fresh. I will buy another.
