Review on Wacom Cintiq Pro 32: 4K Creative Pen and 🎨 Touch Display with 8192 Pen Pressure and 99% Adobe RGB by Jared Winebrenner

This Cintiq has been DOA (Dead on Arrival) rated. My computer recognized this and allowed me to edit its position in relation to other displays, but the display would not turn on. Just looking at the Cintiq's body design, it's a very well made monitor and a huge improvement over my old Cintiq 22 inch (which is still used on a Win 10 PC). There's a lot to think about. If you get a DOA device, Revain will not provide you with a replacement. You issue a refund through Wacom Warranty Support. It takes time to install something this size and it takes longer to troubleshoot problems, call support, unplug it and disassemble it, pack it up and take it to a UPS store to be shipped back. It will hopefully be replaced with a working device. I don't think Wacom plans to do anything to fix the inconvenience. You haven't made an offer yet. Trust me it was a huge pain in the ass. I won't get that time back, and what annoys me the most is the fact that Wacom doesn't seem to value my time. If you buy this device I hope you have better luck than me with the first one.
