Wacom Cintiq Pro 32 Died on arrival 03/2021

This Cintiq was DOA (died on arrival). My computer recognized this and allowed me to edit its position in relation to other displays, but the display would not turn on. Just looking at the Cintiq's body design, it's a very well made monitor and a huge improvement over my old Cintiq 22 inch (which is still used on a Win 10 PC). There's a lot to think about. If you receive a DOA device, you will not receive a replacement from Revain. You will process the return through Wacom Warranty Support. It…

    Solid buy for professionals

For professionals who can justify the cost, this is great value; Touch function needs software development! Working range, resolution and zero parallax!

dead on arrival - awaiting support

: After many hours of work, testing and debugging, tedious repackaging and delivery to UPS, I returned the unit to Wacom and they received it and sent me more a. Wacom support was very responsive and helpful. I will update when it works again. ------------- Let's get one thing straight. This display is a wonderful thing to use. But the Cintiq is actually two things: a display and an integrated tablet. The display works great. I had no problems with the display part. I was able to get the…

    Large input devices

Make sure you have enough space for this huge touch monitor. Works as described. I love it. Especially suitable for Corel Painter and other Corel products. It will dominate your table. It would be nice to have a table just for this monitor. The handle and the glass surface are perfectly matched. Some users have reported pixel issues, but I haven't yet. Pen calibration is easy. The force required to use your software's pressure-sensitive features can be adjusted to suit your needs and the…

    Nightmare Incarnate

It's only good as a monitor. Like a tablet, it's a nightmare! The pen loses all connectivity after about an hour of use, requiring a computer restart to fix the problem. Reinstalling, restarting, rolling back or fixing the driver does nothing. Different grips also lead to the same result. Support couldn't even help! I've gotten more substantial offers by reading random forum posts while grasping at straws. I hardly have time to work because I spend so much time restarting my computer. Got in a…

Best WaCom! - Computer Accessories and Peripherals

Well I've had Wacom since the beginning and have had a few disappointments. But I will say the 27 QHD was a big improvement but the finish wore off so quickly. The Pro 32 is of course a lot bigger and I understand that you end up working only in the middle. BUT such a large surface area allows you to really take your workspace further than ever and I appreciate that.

    Big. Electronics: Input Devices

I'm a professional illustrator and have used Wacom for many years. For me it was an upgrade from the old 24" they put out years ago and I'm very happy with my decision. I don't understand the lack of positive reviews so I'll add one. No dead pixels or edge bleed, I've heard everything is in excellent condition.Separating the monitor and optional ergo stand was a good decision. While the Cintiq itself is heavy, it's not as bulky as older models that came with a stand. This is a very large Cintiq…

Don't buy Wacom displays if you value your money

just if I had known I would never have bought this display. After only 4 months of use, stuck pixels appeared on the right side of the display, covering almost half of the monitor. and grew even more. I contacted the seller but they took no action and the Wacom Help Center made no attempt to help. Unless you live in the US or have Wacom Centers in your country, you will most likely encounter a faulty product. This display is too expensive to break after a few months and as far as I know most…
