Review on Wacom Cintiq Pro 32: 4K Creative Pen and 🎨 Touch Display with 8192 Pen Pressure and 99% Adobe RGB by Jason Hood

This Cintiq was DOA (died on arrival). My computer recognized this and allowed me to edit its position in relation to other displays, but the display would not turn on. Just looking at the Cintiq's body design, it's a very well made monitor and a huge improvement over my old Cintiq 22 inch (which is still used on a Win 10 PC). There's a lot to think about. If you receive a DOA device, you will not receive a replacement from Revain. You will process the return through Wacom Warranty Support. It takes time to install something this size and more time is spent troubleshooting, calling support, unplugging, disassembling, repackaging and taking the UPS to a store to be returned for a refund. It will be replaced with a hopefully working unit. I don't think Wacom plans to do anything to fix the inconvenience. I won't get that time back and the fact that Wacom doesn't seem to value my time is what annoys me the most. If you buy this device, I hope you have better luck than I did with this first device. I'll update my review if Wacom helps make up for the inconvenience.
