Ideal for home use! As with most new nail polishes, I still have to get used to the consistency and application, but I am very satisfied! I prep my nails by pushing back the cuticles, washing my hands and rubbing alcohol onto my nails, then applying a good base coat, two light coats of color and a top coat. I use a small UV lamp bought on Amazon between each coat and have had no problems. In the photo on the fourth day, apart from the fact that my nails have grown a bit, the polish looks great! I should also mention that I have two dogs and two toddlers that I take care of and he is still handsome. And I like the matte top coat option (which I have) but I scratched the edge of my finger a bit and when I put it in the light I felt a quick burn. But only where it was on my skin but it didn't do me any harm. But just for your information.
