I was in desperate need of new pots and pans and vowed I would switch to stainless steel after this last set I bought (non SS) warped at around six months. Well, these are definitely worth it! They're not too heavy and easy to clean, especially since they're dishwasher safe (which I've done a few times, otherwise I just hand wash them). It's also very easy to care for (just heat on medium heat for a few minutes, add oil to coat bottom, heat until smoking, cool, wipe with paper towels!) I've been using them for two weeks now and I absolutely love them and would recommend them to everyone! The range is also great! I live in Texas and cook a lot in the South, so a large skillet certainly helps a lot! My favorite is the large pot with pasta insert!
