I bought this to fit the modular/custom Carling switch housings available from Revain. When I had to replace that connector with a switch, I found I really couldn't remove it. The 4-pin terminals are very stiff and I can't use them to pry the socket out of the case. So I removed the case with the socket. Don't know if others have this problem. It's a good USB connector (I'm not familiar with that part) but I couldn't detach it due to material or design so I'm deducting a star.
