Update: Upgraded a few stars due to interaction and I think they have good customer service. Let's hope they support their product when it comes time to apply. I firmly believe that the company's success is due to good customer service. It would be better if the forward voltage for this item is around 330V. Also better pictures for each product. This rating refers to the product TLP1008TELTV. Joule count is fine. The overall quality of the product was good, but not for me for the following reasons. Some of the specifications and images shown here are misleading. Feedback and answers to questions are also not very clear. The image of the product showed the plug to be somewhat round, however the device actually had a square, rectangular plug or socket. Also, the forward voltage or some call it clamping voltage (for power surges) is not 150V. It is marked on the back of the device as Surge Protector Type 3 VPR: 400V (LN, LH, NG). I want EVERY surge protector listed here to have a clear picture of the back of the devices to avoid purchase and return issues. I'll try to add some photos here for others to see. Customer service sounded reasonable. Perhaps their other product lines will meet my needs for better performance.
