Satisfied full refund claim with a replacement

I have four of these now and have always been happy with them. However, I recently had an issue with one of them, which prompted me to request a refund. The person I interacted with was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the money I felt I owed. I had to provide multiple receipts whenever possible, fill out a damage claim form and draw a diagram of my installation. All of this was very reasonable. We asked the appliance dealer how to protect the electronic front refrigerator without buying a useless replacement plan. He recommended a REAL surge protector. We came home and found this on Amazon. Great surge protection, but my internet cable was severely slowed down until I disconnected.

This surge protector is designed to be wall mounted, which I did and I really like that feature. It's much easier to plug in and unplug than my previous backup battery/surge protector - it was so heavy it had to be placed on the floor in a tight corner and was very heavy and awkward to reach. The Tripp Lite Surge Protector saved my computer

We had a flood in our office and the Tripp Lite Surge Protector was on the floor so it was grounded and completely melted. But we didn't have a single problem with any electrical devices connected to it! So I bought another one to replace it and I will never use another brand. After losing all of my electronics to a lightning strike, I wanted to make sure I had a surge protector to protect me. Voltage limiting is important

I did a lot of research before buying a surge protector (or surge protector) and I have to say this is the best you can get for less than $60. how many joules can it draw or how much insurance will they cover if it doesn't work (which is bullshit because they almost always dispute people's claims), but I finally figured out something about something called voltage limiting. There hasn't been a boost yet, but it's working after 3.5 months.

I don't think I've ever been electrocuted in my life, or at least never noticed one. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and mostly get 1-2 planned power outages a year and maybe 1-2 unplanned power outages a year. I think our power system is pretty stable here.
