There hasn't been a boost yet, but it's working after 3.5 months.

I don't think I've ever been electrocuted in my life, or at least never noticed one. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and mostly get 1-2 planned power outages a year and maybe 1-2 unplanned power outages a year. I think our power system is pretty stable here. While I don't think I've ever had a spike and can't comment on this feature, I've been using this device for 3.5 months and it has worked amazingly. I have a computer (with an 800 watt power supply) hooked up to this thing (usually it draws around 100-160 watts), 3 monitors, speakers and a few other things all connected to it and powering all the devices. I estimate I use 250-300 watts or more daily for 3.5 months. No questions. Will update if I keep using this. I also no longer use coax or landline cables, so I can't comment on those features either. I only use it to separate outlets. The unit also has a flat power cord connector that runs the cord parallel to the wall, which I found handy. I had so many power cords sticking out of the wall as the cord was vertical. The flat connector and cable design is amazing.

Pros
  • Brilliantly done
