Unusable due to writing on case - wish it was described in the product description

I purchased this item and noticed the writing on the case upon arrival. It is not included in the product description and you cannot tell from the photos what is written on it, nor whether it is a lettering and not just a design. Now I have to return this item and am having no luck finding anything else to get in time. All items available with 2 day shipping are owned by this company and share the same branding. Now I buy elsewhere. Disappointed with the product.
