Online store for Bamber: Poor customer service

Recently, my experience with Bamber Online Store was awful. Despite their assertions that they offer top-notch customer service, I found their staff to be unresponsive and useless. When I contacted them for help, they took way too long to respond, and I had trouble obtaining the things I wanted. Additionally, it was challenging to browse their website, and the checkout procedure was irritating and confusing. Along the way, I ran into a number of bugs and faults, which gave the entire process a shabby, amateurish vibe. Despite having a big assortment of goods, I discovered that they were more expensive than other online retailers with comparable goods. I would not suggest shopping at Bamber Online Store because of the expensive prices and bad customer service. I was unhappy with my overall Bamber Online Store experience. I was disappointed and dissatisfied by their lack of attention and unhelpful attitude. I advise searching elsewhere if you're looking for a hassle-free buying experience with top-notch customer support.
