The product is terrible, much below my expectations.
I do not recommend buying Transcend products. The same situation is with flash drives. On the manufacturer's website it is so beautifully written about quality and guarantees that tenderness rolls in and does not let go until this "China of the 90s" fails. And when you touch on warranty repairs, there is nowhere to repair under warranty even in Hong Kong. There are no contacts on the site. Yearning.
- compact, rubber case, quiet operation. Promised 3 year warranty (!)
- not smart, failed after 1 year and 1 month. Operated once a month for PC backup. Never dropped, kept at room temperature, in a far shelf away from the kids.
