Review on 🔧 PC-Products PC-11 Epoxy Adhesive Paste: Marine Grade Two-Part, 1lb in Two Cans - Off White 160114 by Drew Gengler

This is the third time I have bought the PC-11 (first time from Revain). The last two times it came in small metal jars. The plastic containers currently used are an improvement. But after three uses I found that it wasn't as hard and grippy as a decade old material (same PC-11 material) that I mixed just for comparison. The new stuff still works, but it doesn't petrify. gets tough but i can clean it with a paint scraper. I promise I prepared the bonded surfaces well by sanding and degreasing with acetone (the goal was bonding metal to fiberglass). The bond failed after about a week of light loading. I cleared everything for a second round after the first crash and used my 10 year old PC-11 and it's rock solid. I would like to hear a response from the manufacturer to this review. I know a little bit about epoxy. I have three in my garage. I sometimes use epoxy and fiberglass powders. I was very lucky with the repair. The PC-11 is currently not a product that I would buy again based on my past experience.
