The reflective tape works very well when running at night. The reflection gives the driver a great warning that approaching cars will slow down most of the time, and it's very bright. However, the size is definitely not for the overweight and I can't properly wear it as a vest. I can only reach my arms and shoulders but I can barely wrap my arms around my stomach because I'm a bit frustrated. There are no complaints about the quality, but certainly not for the overweight.
