I'm not an avid gamer, I use this for MMO's around 12-20 skills. The two buttons in the middle and the scroll wheel are not buttons to use. I think there is a way to program them, but you need to understand programming a bit. I highly recommend doing some research if that many buttons are required. I've never figured out how to do this, but I'm not that tech savvy. I was only able to program 5 additional buttons: 1. wheel click 2. wheel scroll up 3. wheel scroll down 4. left page up 5. left page down. This made skill rotation convenient enough for my needs. 2 months ago, the battery still lasts, no problems. I never use the rainbow led effect, I leave it on the base layer which makes the mouse turn red when moved. The Chinese company's website is useless and my internet said it was unreliable so I never used it as a source, it's not a problem for me because I use it as my main mouse. If you need warranty and technical support, you might want to buy a more common brand.
