Perfect for Hard Cheese! The grater is nice and sharp so be careful with your knuckles. I like the black handle for the grip to rest the end on objects. This is great because I usually put the end of a grater on a cutting board for more effort. I knew it would be a good product but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality given the very reasonable price. Most shocking is the small stainless steel soap. I've seen them, but I always thought they were a trick. After chopping onions, leeks and garlic the first day, my hands smelled strongly. I thought what the hell and gave it a try. There was practically no smell of garlic or onions on the hands. Wonderful!
