The ease of use for both Project Managers or Employees who are using it as well! Nothing really dislike in my experience so far but rather things I would like more features such Productivity Reporting (time against tasks/tickets), ability have multiple tabs per screen etc - all these can be accomplished by adding plugins if you wish too do this however there may not always been those available depending upon your version installed which could make some functionality unavailable until upgraded later down stream i guess? So just keep an eye out during upgrade process otherwise will require manual changes afterwards after being able t open up certain screens from time off till next update unless someone has created them already before me :). Its easy enough once learnt how navigate around system even when newbie user its simple access everything required without problem. Good way keeping track / reporting progress status across different projects & teams within.

- Very effective tool that allows to manage project plans, schedule task completion tracking with updates automatically sent back via email notifications whenever any change made very good visuals interface where one does see clearly what is happening at each stage eases understanding overall picture much easier than traditional excel style scheduling reports.Very helpful especially team members working remotely due lack other tools we had previously used.Allows us easily assign tickets between colleagues while they work remote
