My experience purchasing on Vislivin's online store left me feeling dissatisfied, which is embarrassing to admit given that I work in product management. Although they have a trendy and fashionable collection of clothing, shoes, and jewelry for women, the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. When I received the clothes I purchased, I found that they were made of thin and low-quality materials, despite the fact that they appeared to be of excellent quality on the website. The shoes I purchased were worn only a few times before they became unwearable, and the jewelry started to tarnish after it had been worn for a week. Not at all what one would anticipate from a label that bills itself as being on the cutting edge of fashion. Worse yet, their sizing is inconsistent, so it's a crapshoot as to whether or not the clothes will even fit correctly. Also, if you need to return something, you should brace yourself for an ordeal. As a result of their customer service being sluggish and unresponsive, the return process can be an extremely aggravating experience. In general, Vislivin is not a brand that I would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase quality clothing. Even if they have entertaining and fashionable designs, it's not worth buying their products because the quality is so low and they have terrible customer service. Put that money aside, because you're going to need it to buy clothes that are both dependable and fashionable.
