Great product and great customer service.
Hygger DC pumps are quiet, almost silent. Like all DC pumps, they probably need to be descaled regularly (every few months), otherwise scale build-up (especially in hard water) will cause the impeller to seize and eventually stop working. I use muriatic acid and it breaks down limescale in seconds. And Hygger's customer service is top notch, responded quickly to my email and resolved my issue.
