My kids saw some of the videos on their social networks and loved them. They both decided they needed a pair as end of term gifts from their grandmother. My senior did a little research and we decided to buy these shoes. They arrived quickly (delivery date was supposed to be in August but they arrived 2 weeks after purchase date in June) and in perfect condition as pictured. They tried on the shoes and walked, and then skated in them with no problem. The "kick" to put the skates in works, but my kids haven't had a chance to ride in them to see how easy it is when they skate in them. We've gotten to a point where we know they work, but have switched between seat modes for safety. Firstly the shoes run small which we knew but they are sold in cm so it is difficult to know that cm equals US shoes. We bought too small and contacted the seller. The seller was very responsive and was able to help us exchange for a larger size. For reference, 38cm is a women's size 7 (37cm is a size 6.5 and 39cm is a size 7.5). Overall we are very happy with the purchase!
