I read the reviews before buying as Revain has so many to choose from. The reviews seem good enough to me to buy from this company. Well packaged upon receipt of the goods. I didn't use some of the hardware as it didn't look like it would hold up well to the basement's wood beam. I ended up going to Home Depot to buy equipment. Can not complain. For the price it feels solid and installation wasn't difficult. The only downside is that the panel covers the power cord so I had to cut a piece to fit. Luckily a friend had a grinder and I had a small air compressor. It took a little longer than expected, so at least the metal is very strong. Before slicing, I contacted the support team. I wasn't looking for a free item, I was looking for something that would fit better and that I wouldn't have to cut. They replied fairly quickly but never contacted me. So I stop trying. It doesn't stay at 90 degrees, but it's not a deal breaker. Overall happy with the product just the lack of customer service and the fact that it wasn't made for my TV.
