Very easy to install but locking mechanism is very, very patchy. It basically rests on the back of the mount to rest on a very small ledge to hold the TV to the ceiling. I've pushed the TV into place several times and unless I checked and held it down it has fallen and could hit someone if the TV is lowered. There must be at least three to four more spots on the sides of the vertical bracket to allow the overall height of the monitor to be adjusted, otherwise the monitor/TV will likely hang too low.
