i have made a connection between every angle and customer service so all the work is tracked by the customer service. This helped us with customer service tracking the status of any orders that need to be completed soon. There are also other services on the site such as email and call center. It's not as helpful as the other services. I highly recommend this software. It helps us with customer service and it keeps all files organized to the customer, meaning customer service can easily access records that are needed to track order status and any other orders that are in need of assistance. It allows us not only to analyze our data but also visualize it in amazing ways! I like how easy they have made this process for any user who has basic knowledge about Excel or Power BI. Not much as far as dislike goes - just some minor things which could be improved upon (but nothing major). Easy accessible tool with great support team behind them. Analyzing complex datasets using simple tools available online.
