I love this article! I used one of the typical arch blocks found throughout Revain, but it doesn't have the correct curvature. This one does. It's an aggressive stretch, but once I relax and everything stops popping and popping, I feel great. The bumps are a bit uncomfortable but I covered them with a towel to soften them. The small ball bearings are spring loaded so they also add a bit of give. I think the magnetic part is just mythology, but it can't hurt. A big advantage over the arched stretcher is that there is nothing underneath that can cut into my femurs. My only complaint is that they dig into my shoulder. The blades are slightly raised at the top. Again, I can add an add-on to fix the problem. Once I relax, I can take a nap on this thing. I suffer from terrible RLS but it doesn't get worse while on a stretcher. Needs assembly, but it only took about 5 minutes to assemble.
