As a family that utilizes inflatable pads of multiple types, both for camping, backpack camping, as well as guest sleeping in our own home and when we visit other people's homes! We have a little of everything, foam, closed cell narrow/thin foam, 100% inflatable similar to this, the hybrid foam inflatable types based on the original thermorest design, and more.As a larger guy who's getting older, I have opted to grab a couple pads that I think bridge the gap between ultralight backpacking type inflatable pads, and stuff that I can actually sleep on.This fits the bill for me. It's actually quite comfortable, has given us no trouble, and I'm able to inflate it with my mouth without too much trouble. I've had many people complain if they have to blow up a mattress that's considerably smaller than this one, so I guess for me anyway that's not a big deal. I'm just saying apparently I'm more adaptable to huffing and puffing so I have something comfortable to sleep on when backpacking than others are.Overall, this is a pretty comfortable pad that hasn't leaked on us and we've maybe used it now for something like 10 to 15 nights overall through the summer. I've slept on it, as well as some of my boys and nobody's had any issue. The pump it comes with is decent, nothing fancy or certainly nothing I would consider worthy of buying independently, but it definitely works. I ended up snapping off the little adapters pretty quickly from the thin plastic bands that keep everything together. I found a small bag and just keep everything thrown in that now and this is basically a backup pump because we have two or three others from other purchases in the past I consider much better. All in all, for the price, this is a great deal and a comfortable pad that can be used just about anywhere.
