These forms work great. I eat without sugar; I only sweeten with whole fruit. I make date paste and mix it with unsweetened melted chocolate and some olive oil, then pour it into these molds, freeze for 20 minutes, then take out the chocolate chips and keep in the fridge for desserts. It's a bit of work, yes, but it allows me to eat the way I want.
