These boots have been my favorite boots for years, in fact it was my 3rd purchase of this pair and the first 2 were the best boots I have ever had Other than that - this pair was an exception. The fit and finish was as good as it gets and is what I expected from a Wolverine, but after a few weeks of wearing I noticed something was wrong. We live and run a small family business and my daily life is very demanding on shoes but these boots have always made it to this pair. After 5 weeks of use the sole has fallen apart enough that I can see through the sole the inside of the Boots could see from the heel. I immediately took some photos and got in touch with Wolverine, although I wasn't too hopeful. Got a response within a couple of days, only asked for more photos of specific areas of the sole, I sent them within an hour of the request. About 3 days later I received an email from Wolverine apologizing for the problem and they sent me a full refund. Even though this review is about a bad pair of boots, I still think it's positive. The way they handled my problem was what I want from any company and they really are great boots. I'm wearing a new pair as I write this. Customer service can't be better.
